I have only been working here for a few months. I received a warm and open welcome at my interview. I felt comfortable and at ease right away. During the selection period, they always kept in touch with me and I was personally informed about my acceptance.
My introduction and induction were extremely well organised. I was able to get to know the majority of my new colleagues on the first day and got involved in conversations quickly and easily. Everyone was very nice and approachable. Together we discussed the induction plan and I was involved in individual technical matters.

This long-established company offered me the opportunity to join them as Production Manager in April 2019. The management, the field of activity and the size of the company suited me perfectly. With the necessary freedom to make decisions and a clear strategic direction, I was able to grow with the company. In September 2022, I was given the opportunity to take the next step in my career. Now I am the Plant Manager at the Saalfeld site in the Automotive business unit. It’s fun for me to now lead the entire team in this business unit and they support me with competence and action. Together we continue to build a positive future for our company. In doing so, we all value initiative, honesty, team spirit, a sense of responsibility and the desire to improve. I completed my apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator at the former SAMAG from 2006 to 2010 and moved over to the automotive sector after passing my final exams. I trained as a state-certified technician from 2012 to 2016. I have been working as the System Manager since 2018.
